Shipping Policy

Shipping for orders above Rs.2000 is Free for all articles. The shipping cost of the books orders below the value of 2000 shall be estimated based on weight as per the standards set for the five different shipping zones; Zone A-within the city, Zone B within the same state, Zone C pickup and delivery in metro cities, Zone D When any or both pick-up and delivery is done in Rest of India except the North East and Jammu & Kashmir and Zone E when any or both of pick-up and delivery is done in the North East region or Jammu and Kashmir.

Prices mentioned against each item are the final cost to the buyer - There are no hidden costs.

Prices quoted in Rupees are valid for delivery within India only.

Shipping in India is done with the India Post, for the orders where the serviceability of the courier partners is not available and in other parts it is done with the courier partners associated with hhhpublishing.com (HHH Publishing Pvt. Ltd. Chandigarh) Also, it shall be the discretion of the company to choose the shipping partner for shipping the parcel as per company norms.

Express shipping shall be available to limited locations and cities which shall be visible as an option on the checkout page. Also, an extra premium amount shall be charged for express delivery the details of which shall also be available during the checkout.

Shipping and Handling Costs for Books

Each order of books and journals or any other article sold on the platform may attract a shipping and handling charge which will be mentioned below the price of the articles or on the details page.

The shipping speed and priority shall be depending upon the availability of the shipping partner of the locations and serviceability. Most preferred partners of the company are FedEx, Delivery, DHL, Blue Dart, E Com Express and Express Bee.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is presently not available for orders for books.

Tracking Number

After the dispatch of the shipment, the customer shall be communicated by email, a package tracking number and a link to track the package. This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the buyer.

Shipment details can also be accessed using your order number and email address submitted with your order.

Period of Delivery

The normal period for the parcel delivered via courier is 2-7 days but it might take even longer for a courier to reach the remote locations of India. HHH Publishing does not take any responsibility in terms of the delivery period. Whereas the support shall be provided in case of delivery delayed. Delivery of orders shipped through India Post is expected to reach the destination within 10 to 15 days.

International Orders

Different tariff of courier charges applies for the international orders. The shipping cost shall be determined based on the cost of the parcel and the country where it is destined. The order value shall decide the shipping cost; for instance, the order with order value under 50 $ shall be charged a standard fee of 12 $ and 50-100 $ order value shall be charged a shipping fee of 27 $ and so on. for the United States of America (USA) This tariff applies for the standard delivery and for express delivery as demanded by the customer, an extra fee might be applicable which shall either be available at the time of the checkout or in the details page. The shipping is available only to the country which is listed on the checkout page or visible through the dropdown menu in the shipping column.
