Himachal is quite a stately piece of Himalayas- its short new history conditioned anyway- meanwhile given its remarkable Himachali touches since this Indian province, Himachal Pradesh, came into being 1971.That gave to Himachalis their own provincial genius, quite an individual identity, besides their own hilly ‘freedom’ home to shape their destiny anew. And they did a marvellous job with their new opportunity. But did they?
